Iris began her career at Cellcom, quickly rising to lead talent acquisition for Israel’s largest mobile operator. She then spearheaded global HR and operations at Flash Networks and SuperDerivatives—guiding the latter through its $350 M acquisition. As VP People at Explorium (2018‑2022) she scaled headcount five‑fold and positioned the company for hyper‑growth. Since 2009 she has advised 70 + founders and exec teams via IM‑GLOBAL, focusing on organisational design, leadership coaching, and cross‑continent expansion.
